Ongoing Group: Going Beyond our Identifications and Similarities: Opening to the Magic of our Differences
This group is a pilot project which begins the United I Stand group and workshop series which seeks to open a space for womyn to participate in dialogue around the similarities and differences between and amongst us.
Together we will explore and experiment with our traumatic and other adaptive responses that arise out of society’s discrimination and our own creative adjustments. We will give space and voice to our hunger for normalcy and acceptance while exploring our excitement for being uniquely creative, different and authentic. Becoming more courageously and congruently ourselves, more effectively inviting others to do likewise, can help create stronger bonds of community and belonging. This is the prime purpose for this group. I want to invite you to this supportive and challenging Gestalt womyn space where magical human contact can emerge.
